All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may vary.
Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by mp0800. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Weekend and holiday requests may experience slight delays. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. mp0800 reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not comply with anti-money laundering regulations or these Terms.
mp0800 operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. If we detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to freeze accounts, request additional documentation, and report transactions to relevant authorities. You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity.
mp0800 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are your responsibility. We are not responsible for third-party processing delays or fees.

Live betting odds update in real-time; accepted bets are final even if odds change immediately after.

If a technical error results in incorrect game outcomes or crediting of funds, mp0800 reserves the right to void affected wagers and correct Account balances. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mp0800 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mp0800 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
mp0800 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, use of the Service from a prohibited jurisdiction, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged account inactivity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. If your Account is terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, abuse), mp0800 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance. If your Account is terminated without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and completion of verification.
Accounts with no login activity for 365 consecutive days will be considered dormant. mp0800 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, on dormant accounts. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp0800 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact mp0800 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
